DVD RETURN POLICY
MaxStone Media uses DVD-R media for DVD production. This format should be playable in most DVD players produced after 2001. Older DVD players may not accept this format, and some DVD players may play the competing DVD+R format. We will exchange a -R disk for a +R disk at no charge (or vice versa) upon the return of the unplayable disk. We will ask that you provide the make and model of your DVD player so that we may send you the proper format. All DVDs are checked for playability before being shipped. If your DVD(s) are damaged during shipping, please contact MaxStone Media within one week of delivery for an exchange. Damaged DVDs reported to us later than seven days of delivery may not be accepted for exchange. If you have problems with your DVD(s), please contact MaxStone Media via email for return/exchange instructions.
CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
Customized clothing cannot be returned unless damage occurs during shipping, or if size is incorrect. All items are checked prior to shipping to make sure they are in good condition. Please contact MaxStone Media within one week of delivery to report any problems with your items, and to receive return/exchange instructions.
